My name is Sepehr Hoseini, professionally known as Sami Jackson. I am a visual creator, filmmaker, motion designer, and photographer based in Alborz, Iran. Born in 1999, I have been continuously developing my creative and technical skills since 2017, focusing on creating visually compelling content through photography, filmmaking, motion graphics, and post-production.
My work combines technical precision with visual storytelling across multiple creative disciplines, including nature photography, time-lapse photography, cinematography, video editing, trailer and teaser production, logo animation (logomotion), sound design, and visual effects. Through years of self-directed practice and experimentation, I have gained experience throughout the entire creative process—from planning and filming to editing, color grading, motion graphics, and audio finishing.
As a filmmaker and editor, I have practiced trailer and teaser production by creating promotional edits for my own short-film projects and by producing the trailer for Alireza Masoumi’s short film, Alternative Reality. My editing style focuses on cinematic pacing, emotional storytelling, immersive sound design, and creating a strong visual impact.
Alongside filmmaking, I enjoy creating logo designs and animated logo reveals (logomotion), many of which are featured on my Instagram portfolio. Motion design and visual branding continue to be areas where I challenge myself to learn and improve.
Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of professional creative software, including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, StarStaX, and LRTimelapse. On mobile, I have also developed workflows using Alight Motion, InShot, Motion Ninja, Picsart, and Lightroom Mobile, allowing me to create and edit content efficiently across different platforms.
I believe that great visual content is created through a balance of technical skill, creativity, and continuous learning. That is why I am always studying cinematography, film language, visual composition, storytelling, sound design, and modern editing techniques to refine my craft.
Whether I’m capturing a landscape, producing a cinematic edit, designing motion graphics, or experimenting with new creative ideas, my goal is always the same: to create work that tells a story, evokes emotion, and leaves a lasting impression.
